1. Overview: Why should electrostatic precipitator be reformed?

There are many heating enterprises in the north of China. Due to historical reasons, most of the boilers in these heating enterprises adopt electric dust removal. With the improvement of national environmental protection standards, its weaknesses are gradually exposed.

First of all, the dust removal effect of the electrostatic precipitator is poor. The outlet discharge concentration of the new electrostatic precipitator can reach 50mg/Nm3. The outlet discharge concentration of the electrostatic precipitator that has been in operation for more than one year is above 100mg/Nm3, and some even reach 200-300mg/Nm3, which far exceeds the national standard requirement of boiler smoke emission of 50mg/Nm3. Secondly, the comprehensive cost of esp operation is high. After the esp runs for a period, the electrode line will produce serious deformation and the replacement cost is relatively high. In order to run normally, enterprises have to maintain the ESP frequently. Maintenance input manpower, material resources and maintenance of the loss of production is not a small number for the power plant. The electricity consumption of the electric dust itself is vividly compared to the electric tiger.

Therefore, it is urgent to reform the electrostatic precipitator and make it discharge up to standard.

Two, reform plan two: electric bag compound dust collector or all changed to low-pressure spraying bag dust collector

(1) Electric bag compound dust collector

The outer shell, ash hopper, ash transport system and climbing platform of the original electrostatic precipitator shall be retained.

Remove the electrode plate pole line, dust aisle, anode vibration, cathode vibration, anode hanging, cathode hanging inside the electrostatic precipitator.

Remove the control system of high voltage power supply and electrostatic precipitator, insulating porcelain sleeve and wall bushing, etc.

In the shell of the original electric dust collector, weld the flower plate, the separation chamber, the inlet and outlet air duct, the bypass device, install the filter bag cage frame, install the blowing pipe and the lifting valve, weld the air bag on the top of the dust collector, install the pulse valve, and the electrical control is changed to the bag dust collector control. The esp is completely changed to low pressure line jet pulse bag filter.

(2) Performance of low pressure line jet pulse bag filter

Pulse jet ash cleaning technology, ash cleaning ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration, small air leakage rate.

The inlet and outlet air duct layout is compact and the airflow resistance is small.

Using off-line cleaning, long cleaning cycle, low consumption, can greatly improve the service life of filter bag and pulse valve diaphragm.
